Hi I am a young at heart 40 year old (well they say life begins at 40 so here goes!) intelligent and caring lady. This is the second site I have joined, I thought I would give it a g.. still new to the Internet "dating scene".
I am very open minded, a little eccentric at times but very trustworthy. I consider myself very easy to talk to and a reliable friend.
My interests include crystal healing, psychotherapy, poetry, photogrpahy.. I dabble in the creative pursuits such as painting when I have the time. I am not happy in my current job/vocation but am a believer in making the most of life; having spent the last year or so getting to find myself again, I don't intend to let opportunities pass me by!
My Ideal Person:
First and foremost gender is not an issue as I believe it is the person one is attracted to and not the gender.. friendship is the most important thing as is trust.. anything else is an added bonus. I am looking to meet people from all walks of life, to share experiences and maybe make some new friends to enjoy the simple of pleasures of life and to have a giggle! I am not necessarily looking to find the love of my life right now but am a beliver in making the most od every opportunity. I don't like "labels" in any shape or form so gender is not an issue (its the person not the gender which attracts me) although it would be nice to meet some female friends who are on the same wave length. I have never been intimate with another woman but as I said I am very open to the possibility. I love to laugh... so a good sense of humour is a must! To be honest I have been off line fo a while so have updated my profile with some recent pics which are hopefully not too scary! LOL..
