Hi!
My name is Steve.

I'm a 46 year old 5'11", dark brown hair, blue eyes, 172lb (69kg)-after breakfast, athletically thin, non-smoking man from Southport.
I live a nomadic lifestyle, heading off at to work (on the oil rigs) or climbing in the mountains.
When I'm not working I spend a lot of time in the mountains; usually hiking, scrambling, climbing (nothing too ambitious as I don't have a climbing partner), camping (or bothies), skiing, snowboarding and looking for adventures and getting a zing out of life.
New challenges, nature, wildlife, camping in peaceful surroundings or relaxing in cosy mountain huts at the end of the day after discovering new places all adds to the enjoyment (It's one of the reasons I like staying overnight and not having to return to my car the same day).
I like taking photo's of all kinds and finding interesting wildlife and fauna...if I could ever remember their names. I'm still trying to capture the feeling of nature and adventure on film and my portrait photo's skill is taking a long time to develop (no pun intended).
I love to travel and soak up local atmosphere's, try the languages and visit the countries pubs, but when I reach a lively destination you can point me to the most eventful nightlife to be found.
I'm looking for new friends to enjoy life with, and to share new experiences with.
