Both ! all according to wether you are at work, or at home, or out relaxing in nature etc !! my perrsonal style is dress according to situation ! if at work or needing to be sharp and smart, then I am, if however other things are required then sensible and practical, in winter in Norway its very cold, and we used to say in Norwegian Army "No such thing as bad weather, just wrong clothing" !!
