The dreaded section of these personals where you talk about yourself, something I don't like to do; so here goes: I'm a 53 year old mom to two great kids(one in college and still at home). I'm not looking for marriage at this point in my life (divorced 15 years after 16 years of marriage); however, I do miss the warmth, companionship, and intelligent conversation that comes with a relationship. I'm pretty much an open book, so feel free to ask anything confident that you'll get an honest answer .....
My Ideal Person:
He should be secure in himself, enjoy life, smile a lot, enjoy being with a group as well as time alone with me, a good listener, a faithful friend, not laugh at me when I screw up one of my "home repair" projects, make me feel safe, be able to tolerate my nosey 19-year old son (whom I adore; romantic and affectionate, passionate when appropriate; someone who'll call me at work just to see how my day's going or ask me to join him for a salad at Applebee's because his lunch appointment just canceled ... and he should be willing to see a chick flick with me twice as often as i agree to an "action movei" with him .... how's that??? oh, yeah -- I also really want to learn to play golf, and I have my own clubs -- just no teacher
