I'm a simple, easy-going (most of the time) down-to-earth, honest and sincere person who can be naive at times. I am not a materialistic person. I seem to find simple pleasure in things that most others tend to miss. I just enjoy the simpler things in life. I love animals and wish that I could protect them all. And I'm always willing to learn, and usually willing to try, new things.
Presently, I would just like to start socializing again after having been dormant for the last decade. Beyond that, I'm not sure what I'm looking for in the long run as far as a "relationship" goes. I've always believed that God will direct me in the direction He needs me to travel and He shall provide me with a partner He deems worthy of joining me on that journey when it's time for it.
My Ideal Person:
I do not believe in putting on a false front for anyone and prefer not to be around those who will. I can be blunt at times, although it's never meant to hurt. It's just that sometimes it comes out exactly the way it came in, if that makes any sense (well, obviously it does to me  ).
However, I will not tolerate ill-mannered, aggressive, pushy, rude, opinionated, egotistical overbearing blowhards who believe there's a thin line between dishonesty and honesty, or even worse are those that believe it's all in the "presentation by omission" factor.
Basically, I am looking for someone who has an excellent sense of humor, whom I can depend on as [being] my friend, and enjoy spending time with and talking to, is kind, truthful to a fault - yet sensitive, understanding, patient, and doesn't wet himself whenever the "thunder" rolls.
