I am uncomplicated, quiet, loyal, and honest. My friends count on me without hesitation. My quietness hides a wry sense of humor. I communicate my needs and thoughts rather than internalize. My heart, my mind, and experiences have made me who I am. My smile is genuine. Foremost, I believe relationships must be built on honesty, openness, making mistakes, acceptance, and work.
So much for my philosophical side and on to lighter matters. I love to cook. My brother-in-law has dubbed me the iron chef - a story that I would love to share with you. I like spending time in my garden or just relaxing on the deck enjoying the tranquil surroundings. For fun I make an effort to take advantage of all the art and culture the Litchfield hills has to offer - whether it's a book discussion at the Gunn or OWL, an art reception at the Morrison Gallery in Kent, or something at the Warner. Maybe a walk in White Memorial down on the boardwalk or climbing Mt Tom to gaze out from the tower.
