September sun....

Here by the sea the sun is at its best in September...It isn't scorching, it doesn't burn your skin...Sunbathing in the gentle warmth of September sun is like sitting by a cosy fireplace - your soul, muscles...and brain become soft, soft, soft....Time may stop. But it doesn't

I had enough of heat this summer...From the second half of July till the first half of September we had constant sun and dry weather of about 30*C. But windy. So what I couldn't indulge enough was the sea - I managed to swim in a smooth sea only three times for the whole summer. Some severe force was weltering the sea and it was throwing fierce waves at us...Oh well, we have to appreciate what we have managed to enjoy in life...in order to be happy people

What follows next? Multi-coloured autumn?:>...And a looong five-month winter after that...Misty, are we two the greatest whiners on the blogs?

What did you enjoy most in your summer, my friends? Reply not mandatory

Hope you are having/have had a relaxing Sunday

Love ya, fellas

Picture taken a few days ago.

I love that picture. The best part of the summer was that it was mostly pretty cool...and I had great company between the two months of my brother's family and Chelle and her husband. It's been wonderful.

But hey...winter will be great as well.

Love and hugs to you.

Feel the passion, walk in peace, live in love....Ari

This is so beautiful SL! I was so blessed when I arrived on the West coast of Washington and the weather co-operated with us. The water wet on the rocks makes me think of the sea lions! It has been an amazing but emotional summer...

Good things come to those who wait; remember to live while you do the waiting!!

Great sea pic my friend! It was a cool summer here until we got to September and it got a little toasty.

The best gifts that this summer left me fall not only to the still-fresh-memory of my trips, but also to the patterns of the tanned parts on my feet.

The temperature rose to 34*C last week, which we call the osmanthus-steaming-weather... Today it falls all the way to 23*C...so changeable.

I like the capture of the sea in the pic. Stay safe and warm in the autumnal sunshine, Mariya!

Hi, Mariya. How are you? Smooth flowing?..

I would say this is a stunning picture. From the picture, I can see that at that particular time, you are enjoying yourself admiring the sea and the ever 'dancing' waves, pounding the shore with different pattern each time. It took lots of patient to take a good shot and you do have one that day. Just as patient as how you waved through your life. Remember, we are both equipped with some sort of SUPER power. So, stay happy and stay healthy.

Ahhhh....is 'summer' here throughout the year, Hehehehe.. Hot, around 30 to 34 but very humid. Monsoon season is coming soon where it will rain almost daily and the eastern coast will experience high waves. During this time, most island resorts located at the eastern part of the country will be closed. So no diving expedition for me during this period... Well, I can enjoy the floods that may happen. Hehehehe.. It's still water in different colours, Right? Positive thought. For your info, flooding here are mild and not dangerous.

Well, do enjoy the remaining summer time and welcome the colorful autumn. As for me, everything is just the same and boring as usual, in term of weather. Wearing the same type of shirts everyday. Just different in colors or prints. Even shopping trip are boring as we are seeing the same type of shirts on display throughout the year. Nothing excited. So, give a deep thought, who's the lucky one here? At least you and Misty have something to write every season change. Like it or not, you guys can look forward for something different.

Good day and have a blessed day,.... everyday, every seasons.
Always remember, stay healthy, my dear friend.

I know you don't like heat, Ari, and am glad that summer was merciful to you and wasn't that hot at your place. Yet, one of the many advantages of summer is that people start travelling and we can meet relatives and friends, isn't that so?
Enjoy the rest of the year, my friend...I'm beginning to envy people who, differently from me, love more than one season

Do you know which is the best in this picture, Chelle? I haven't processed it on the computer at all, all colours and nature beauty are original here
Sea lions? You can see only gulls, sea gulls and crows on our beaches

If you have a closer look at the second wave on the pic, its dark green colour is heavy with the mud and sand the wave is carrying with itself...Today the sea was very stormy again...It was yellow with muddy waves till the very horizon...Scary..I have never seen our sea so angry

I will stay warm if you send my way some of your 23-25*C in Jan - March season

Wish you a successful week ahead, my friend

Thank you, Dean...It might be that seasons shifted a bit after all these earthquakes and cunamis, and the shift of the Earth axis itself..Our summer started later and in September we still have summer temps.

Well, enjoy the September toasty weather, my friend

Hello, dear KC...I want to apologize for my late response to your comment but my days at home are so hectic and in the evening I'm so exhausted that I can hardly have the energy to respond to more than one comment per night...And your comment is a special one, so it demands a special response
First, I want to tell you how much I liked the poetic description you gave to my pic, "...the ever 'dancing' waves, pounding the shore with different pattern each time". Thank you for thatYour words show how sensitive you yourself are to the beauty of nature...
Second, thank you for giving me info about climate in your country...Knowledge is important, you know, to apprecaiate what we have. I hate our cold winter but high humidity, specially when accompanied by a long rainy season is equally depressing..So you are bored with wearing one and the same type of clothes all the year round and I'm fed up with having to change my type of clothes and shoes four times a year Don't know which is better..But I know that spending different seasons at different places to our liking is the best solution to our needs...Only if we can afford it
And last, thank you for raising me to your rank, Super Lui...I have never thought I have super powers, except that I'm a responsible, selfless and persistent person

You , my friend,..Be successful and in good humour, and have a wonderful coming weekend

Apology is not in great friendship's dictionary. Are we in this great friendship circle? If yes, you may 'delete' this word from your memory forever....

How nice of you in stated that my comments are special. I am speechless... Oooops, me? Speechless? No way.. Well may I say that it's a comments for a special one too.

Dear Mariya, when we have a quiet time looking at the nature, we do see a lot. They, the nature' behavior' like the waves or even how leaves on a tree 'swing' with the wind, do taught us a lot about the world we lives in. One important message is that not matter what, and with strong will and in addition of our 'superpower', one can overcome whatever obstacles. Just like a trees. Chopped off a tree and they will find ways to regrow from their fallen trunk, in every opportunity they have.

Ahhhh...since you 'dislike' my likes and I like your 'dislike', we can exchange home someday. Heheheheeh....I promised to stock-up my kitchen and fridge with plenty of good foods so that you can enjoy the sun here everyday without worrying foods.

Do have a wonderful weekend and always stay healthy. Be blessed with happiness and be greeted with thousands of smiles.

What else can I say about your wonderful words but ?
We are really fortunate to have found this place where feelings of friendship overcome distance, differences of nationalities, races, religion, and we are just humans
And you are so eloquent, my friend, yes, I also think you can hardly be put into a situation where to be speechless

Beautiful photo!!! No, it's a glorious photo.

Seems that you and I are deeply affected by weather.... Does that make us whiners??? Is that from the cliffs of Sozopol?

Summer began with rain and has ended with rain. The first of the fall storms has already arrived. Last night I could hear a pop can rattling down the road. I watched the silhouettes of the trees lash and bend. The sounds of the wind wuthering--felt like a Victorian novel.

Take care my friend...and no, you do not whine.

Wishing you happiness

I love this photo, too, Misty...It is on my PC screensaver at the moment.

I have to admit that we had two months of sun and heat...But it is never enough for me. I did my last swim two days ago, only one day after the arrival of the astronomic autumn...We had the first fall of temps and cold torrential rain the next day. Today I went to the beach again in spite of the lashing wind...I hurriedly took off my sandals because my toes were hungry for the touch of the sand. Cold sand met my feet...And the beach strip was so desolate
I feel the first shivers on my body and I know I will desperately miss the heat every moment from now on...And yes, I am a whiner as far as weather is concerned

You take care, too, my friend...Stay healthy and strong until the next summer comes

Thats what friendship is caring for others -x-
I thought this might be appropriate

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free!
I follow the plan God laid for me.
I saw His face, I heard His call,
I took His hand and left it all...
I could not stay another day,
To love, to laugh, to work or play;
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss...
Ah yes, these things I, too, shall miss.
My life's been full, I've savoured much:
Good times, good friends, a loved-one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief—
Don't shorten yours with undue grief.
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow,
Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow.

God bless and keep you safe my friend
